On April 27 & 28th  2022 , a Town Hall was organised in the Gajraula facility with special focus on Safety. The Town Hall was presided by CEO & MD – Mr. Rajesh Srivastava. The leadership team present included Presidents &  Vijay Srivastava, Chief of Operations  and Anant Pande,  Chandan Singh, President LSC , Anil Khubchandani, President Specialty Chemicals, IMC members, C B Bhardwaj, Chief of Manufacturing and other members of senior management.  Gajraula facility Head  Himanshu Kumar Shukla led the session from the location in presence of production head-. Hitendra Awasthi, Engineering head, Anup Shukla,  HR Head Amit Joshi & other HODs. The purpose of the interaction was to enhance the awareness & accountability about safety. More than 348 employees participated in this idea exchange/communication. There were talks for improving the safety-based culture inside the facility and employees took the pledge of 1000 plus safe working days.  A safety oath was taken by the manager & above team with lighted candles for delivering safe working conditions. A dinner out was planned on 27th April with the team members wherein people enjoyed the interaction with the senior management.  The leadership team from HO also met the diversity members and interacted with them.
